Job Summary:  The Ops Support Team is responsible for assisting day-to-day needs for all customers loads with RJ Logistics Drivers and Partner Carriers.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Confirm that each Partner Carrier has an adequate understanding of all customer and company expectations on each load at the point of the dispatch.
• Must be proactive in tracking and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly or escalate them to the proper party.
• Address all issues that arise during the tracking process with the manager as well as the operations team
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in fast-paced situations.
• Manage email and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Be able to identify and evaluate any special needs or requirements for each load and customer.
• Build positive relationships with drivers and customers to ensure working with RJ Logistics is a positive experience for them.
• Partner with other members of the Operations Team to address all operational issues and/or opportunities to improve efficiency
• Provides recommendations to management pertaining to operations, safety, scope of services, technology, or any other aspect of the job that may contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
